Everyday with time the world changes itself. as the process of development continues our daily livelihood gets better each day,we enjoy with all the facilities provided. but sadly we are giving the burden to the environment.
In recent years there has been an increase in the accumulation of green house gases i.e. carbon dioxide, methane nitrogenous oxide and ozone in the atmosphere. this leads to the trapping of the solar heat and radiation which ultimately leads to global warming. As it is a temperate increasing process, it can bring a long term changes in the world. Hence, global warming reflects the abnormal variations of the earth's climate.
In the context of Nepal global warming can be expressed with unusual movements of the Nepalese glacier. the glacial recede can also bring decrements in the flow of our great rivers. if this happens the result i s clear to all of us it will create water demand more and hence water scarcity.in the northern part of the country  is situated one of the biggest mountain ranges and the southern parts are characterized by low lying plains. this topography of Nepal makes it extremely suspect able to weather related disaster. therefore , to address this problem it's high time for us to realize that we have limited capacity to manage with and adapt to the hazard associated with global warming to make the world as beautiful as it was. we everyone need to answer and realize the importance of these three questions
 # IF NOT EARTH- WHERE ?
 # IF NOT NOW   -WHEN ?
 # IF NOT US       -  WHO ?
