Leader is itself a great title to have but the responsibility of that title leader and the fame increase when it is added by a suffix great, good or true. that is true leader:great leader. the sole responsibility of an leader is to lead a troop to the right destiny it is supposed to go.
                                     Now for taking a troop to its rightful place not only the leader has to be creative but also clever and strong a person who can make quick decisions without panicking in any difficult situations also. it is said that a group of a lion led by a donkey is no match for a group of donkeys led by a lion. this shows how important a leader is because no matter how strong the group is if the leader is not capable then the whole group is incapable. we can guess how a group of donkeys can be greater than a group of lion and the reason is simple their leader because tactics is more important than your strength.and if led correctly any group can do unbelievables..
                         Sacrificing a member for the benefit of the troop is not what a true leader thinks of but he moves with the concept of "one for all and all for one". that is how a group too can keep up with each other and maintin friendliness because if people fight within themselves they are weakened from inside and more vulnerable from out side. a leader is respected as true if and only if he can please his members by fulfillment what is right, it is not counted if you succeed or not but it matters that you tried and there is always a next time and thats what a true leader has in his mind.he can convince his troop to try again and again until they succeed he/she can make the group build up the confidence every time they loose it. only than can a leader be titled as a true leader.
                     So a leader is simply respected as he is trusted by not 1 or two but many hearts and after the title of a true leader he has a respect not only from his followers but also from other followers with whom he/she has no concern. the moment a leader has captured respect from all eyes the moment when a leader proves his skill and trust and the moment when a leader has his duties towards the trusted heart fulfilled, he/she is titled as a true leader, a leader worthy of leading...
